The first time since 1951 that's happened!

Was your sure remarkable to win the turnover battle, but having no penalties is quite a stat. All the starters out, and young guys playing, makes that tough no doubt.

We had a kickoff go out of bounds. That was a penalty on the kicker!!!!

I was actually considering it the other way. Seems like we would've at least had one game since then. I was wondering if one of the natty teams could have.

If it didnt include special teams then that should be specified. I think they just forgot about it. I mean, if you're kicking an extra point and somebody jumps off sides then that's a penalty whether it's special teams or not the yellow flag flew and we got penalized 10 yd for it

Going through the play by play, it's not listed. ND had 5 penalties listed. It doesn't even show a kick out of bounds. I don't recall it honestly. When was it? I see every kickoff, either team, was a touchback except one where Gunn had a 60 yarder.

It was definitely a penalty - I was wondering why he almost always kicks to that

left side of the field. When you are kicking 9 yards deep into the end zone, there should be no strategy that warrants having it close to the sideline.
