And, if he performed as expected, he'd possibly be a top 5 pick.

Late 1st...more than likely won't go in the top 20. Worse case scenario he'll fall in the early to mid 2nd rd. Combine is going to play a part in risers and fallers as well, just never know.

No they don't, I wasn't referring to him. The combine can cause players to pass or fall behind him is what I was getting at. Some guys 2nd-3rd rd shoot up to the 1st with an amazing combine, happens every year, and some fall. It can affect guys that aren't in it as well.

Actually its invitations only, they send out only a certain amount to underclassmen. Most of the invites are sent out before the bowl season is over.

You have to get an invite, but I didn't know there were rules stopping juniors from getting one.
