Completely excited.

I'd say 95% are on board with Clemson with 99.99% on board with FSU. This is of course, my own unscientific guess at it from what I have read.

There are some that would rather have Georgia Tech (market) or Virginia Tech over Clemson and then there are the dreaming ambitious ones that seem to think they can pull FSU and Notre Dame but the VERY large majority want FSU and Clemson as 11 and 12.

After that the opinions start to split. No real consensus on going past 12. Some want it, some dont. Some want 16. 14 or 16 would make it easier on travel for our eastern friends but it also takes away any kind of "bond" that a conference gets at 12.

If the rumors about travel compensation are true (and Neinas has alluded to it in interviews) then the travel issue may not be a big deal so we could stay at 12. But I understand the need for our eastern friends to have more local teams for fans to travel to as well.

It's a tough question and while Im glad I dont have to figure it out to keep everyone happy, Im also glad the Big 12 is in a position to attract great programs like FSU and Clemson.

VaTech has to stay with UVA now it is state law.

I have heard this discussed but do not know the validity of it. If this is true and they absolutely cannot be split due to state laws, then they will both be "stuck" in the ACC.

Both have options. UVa will most certainly get a B1G invite and VPI would get either a Big 12 or SEC invite but no conference will take both.
