How did we miss on not even offering the kid? Seems like he would be a great addition to the team. Him and Cade were really close in high school. Kid is also a baller which we need at receiver. Am I missing red flags? I know he committed to ND but we didn’t even offer him.

I heard we were interested and told him an offer would require a visit first. Presumably he didn’t like that stipulation.

Actually, the last sentence in paragraph 5 mentions he wants to visit Clemson in the spring and as I said previously, he was at the Spring game.

Not questioning just seems weird that the #1 go to receiver and best friend for our future QB that happens to be a 4 star receiver doesn’t get an offer. We also happen to be bad at that position. But hey our second string is dabos son so what do I know.

Firstly, since we’re not privy to the private conversations between coaches and recruits, you can only speculate and you choose the negative vibe.
Secondly, the Swinney boys have been very good role players at Clemson so get off their cases.
Thirdly, other than as an observer, do you have any personal football experience? Or are you just a muckraker?

We are bad at what position? According to whom? And then you have to take a shot at Dabo. What an ### clown. And if Dabo's son is second string, why haven't we seen him during games? The 1sts don't play the whole game. Maybe Cade didn't want him. In HS you are forced to play with kids. BTW, how is ND doing now. You know, where the kid went.
This board amazes me sometimes with the stupidity.

Nice try but i am not the one trying to limit the discussion. Just so you know, our coaches are great but not perfect so it is ok to disagree with a decision they made. Does not make you a bad fan or right or wrong not does it mean the poster thinks they KNOW more than the coaches.

From what I remember hearing. We didn't offer because he refused to run routes for the coaches on his camp visit.
