In the athletic department because of the people leaving for other jobs. That would mean that Alabama is the most dysfunctional team in college football.

Yes Sir. Wouldn't mind being that dysfunctional, as would 150 other college programs. ??

Yeah, there is a problem when people leave for jobs where they earn more money. Wake up Amurica.

I think it was Sartre who said, "Out of dysfunction comes championships," or something like this.

Folks don't understand success and people
Successful places, not just football will lose talent over time as success is always poached. It is easier than development in house. However, the best places are not immune to staffing roll-over, rather it is healthy, the difference is that they hold onto talent, working at a high level for longer before transition. That is sustained success.

I think you hit the nail on the head. Welcome to the life of Bear Bryant, Bobby Bowden, Nick Sabin.... great programs spin out great coaches. What a compliment to Dabo this is. I think everybody takes a "chill pill" and watches our program in the playoffs next year.

Wish these guys nothing but the best. Change can be a very good thing, and I trust Dabo to turn all this into a positive.
