just not available in the biggest games
so for that - Amari Rogers still reigns as the last relevant slot WR at Clemson in my book
Naeem Burroughs might be the successor

Troy was the biggest game? He was available all last season. You just say things, don’t you?

…could be that when Williams goes up against good secondaries, he gets roughed up pretty quickly.
Williams is a good receiver, but against tough, good talent, he may be too lean and too brittle.
Imagine if Williams had to play an SEC schedule, and not the ACC. I dare say, he may only see 4 games a year.

What are you taking about? He did play against LSU and pulled his hamstring 5 plays in..that has nothing to do with physical play..it happens to the best..think of turf toe that ended a lot of players seasons and careers (Spiller). This is soft tissue and takes time to heal.

It helps if you think things through before speaking or putting them in a post.

Yep, but still different position. Antonio Williams is a stud and we need him back and want him back. He wants to be back. He is injured and that is the story.

Our slot receivers filling in for Antonio and also other receivers were getting open several times against both LSU and Troy but Cade is not seeing them or he's getting the ball there a second too late. A second is an eternity in big time college football. If football is a game of inches then it's also a game of fractions of a second. He seems to have regressed. His internal clock is off. Constant pressure from the defense will do that to you.

how you prefer.
Just imagine if you had children with talent or you had any of your own... At that point you'd probably be just as unintuitive about Clemson football, but I'm rooting for you.

Hope you feel better soon. To be honest, RSV hit me harder than covid. With covid I slept for 23 hrs and was fine. RSV had me laid up for 10 days, 9 boxes of kleenex, and 7 books.
