How do you guys relax?

I get so stressed over games to where I won’t even eat dinner until the game is over. Any tips on how to talk me off the ledge before and during games. I feel confident in our tigers but I worry too much instead of enjoying the game like most fans. Anyways GO TIGERS!!!

Change of mindset. Losses to LSU and OH ST, yet you survived, didn't you? The stress you mention is what happens when the fear of losing overtakes the enjoyment of the experience. Once you are of the mindset that losing a game isn't going to kill you, you'll be able to relax and enjoy the experience. That is where I am, and I'm cool as a cucumber.
