Who is the "explosive" WR for the team this year?

I would say that last year we didn't have a single guy that fit that build (Ladson was suppose to be the guy but he was never available). Ngata and the Collins boys are really possession guys. Neither has very much top end speed. I think it could have potentially been Randall, but he blew out his knee. I think not having that guy available really hinders your passing offense.

Based on the end of last season I would have to say both of the Collins boys will show out this year. Hopefully EJ Williams will also be much improved.

The deal is anyone who lines up will be improved. Injuries took a toll for two years. Dropped balls have been common.
In the years before the receivers were on another level.
It is on Ngata to lead.
I aint worried as to receivers.

In order, 1) Beaux 2) Ngata 3) Antonio Williams
other folks will good but those will be the most explosive IMO.

My guess is EJ if he's back, or one

Of the Collins. As far as the slot, I have always been impressed with Specter even before he missed last year. I thought he was the perfect Grisham/Renfrow/Humphries follow up. And the Stellati kid is going to be good too. I'm also excited about the return of the guy that was injured last year. They called him Tom Cruise or something like that. He was good. Just have to have blocking and a qb that can get the ball to them. DJ did look improved and had about three of his passes dropped by walkon types last Saturday. But I have to say Klubnik looked even better than I expected for his first spring. He is just smooth, quick decisions. And accurate. He's got wheels too.

I am not sure how many walkons dropped a pass but Nagata dropped an easy one. I hope he has a breakout year but right now I expect him to miss 1/2 the games and have many drops.

My prediction is Will Shipley. I think we the emergence of Mafah, we may see Shipley utilized even more as a slot in the screen and short passing game.

Looooved that dude. I think he played WR, RB and was a hard hitting LB as well.

Does it really matter if the quarterback can't get him the ball! From what I saw of the spring game DJ still has issues.

Will be interesting to see how Will Taylor comes back. He was expected to be pretty explosive as a receiver and returner.

But I have my doubts. I would say EJ Williams if he stays healthy otherwise it will be one of the Collins.

Gotta say Beaux. Think he really started to make an impact later in year last season. Would love to see what Ngata can do, but not going get my hopes up. Perhaps we will finally see a return to a TE passing game impact. Cade and Briningstool showed a connection in spring game.

That was a lot of my thought too. The proof is in the pudding. Beaux showed last year that he can be a deep threat.

Gah-lee this is tough with a spring game that was so light with starters on O.
Here's what I'm thinking now and I'm sure it's likely to change by the 3rd or 4th game.
Explosive: Collin Tower boys Spector-Gadget Will Taylor - The Swiss Army Knife Ngata as the Alpha similar to Cornell Powell his last year here.
Dark Horses:
Stellato - excited to see what he can do at full health -- definitely a sleeper that could be a major player at some point.
Antonio Williams - Definite dark horse at the Slot who could have a sneaky good FR year if the upperclassmen struggle
EJ Williams -- he's had flashes but sophomore slump last year and injuries so pulling for him to breakout
