The original GOR contract was for X number of schools. Adding more to the X number is a change in the contract which means you start over. A majority of schools would have to agree to new contract. I think a school who did want to resign could opt out of the contract and leave the ACC.

They are bringing in Stanford and Cal because they are the only ones with the brain power to teach us how to get out of it.

There’s so many ideas out there on the GOR that nobody has seen after the re-up in 2016, there’s none of of us fans or even media that have any clue.

One thing I do see that makes sense is that Clemson and FSU and anyone else wanting out is searching for a loophole with legal counsel to be able to void it.

Not 8 teams, not adding new teams, more like proving that the ACC powers that put forward the GOR were either incompetent or deceptive.
