concrete. Aluminums, I run 2 steps at a time, concrete one at a time....Concrete is steeper I believe. l might be able to run 30 of them, but I always run the aluminum first....It went from a pleasant 81 to 91 in just a few minutes today...I told a friend I was talking to while walking a mile before I started running that I felt like I was 17 again. He asked,"How's that?"....I said," I feel like I am about to start fall football practice and this grass SMELLS HOT!!'. Well boys, he was a coach for 35 years and he knew exaclty what I meant. Anybody that has ever had to lay down on a hot bermuda field in August knows too!!

But, I am done for today. Now, just go sell something.

Spud, you are true salesman. If I can ever afford a $500.000 house, you will
be the one I contact. You are standing in front of a ramp or steps but yo aren't
running up them. I can stand in front of the tallest mountain and do the same.
