On first date and until you say "I do" they are nice. Over time we wear them down, or maybe they were just fooling us?
Mine has had a foot in a cast for 8 weeks. She is supposed to stay off it, keep it elevated, so she mostly is forced to lay in bed and watch TV. She is getting very grumpy!
Now I have to do all the chores, shopping, etc. I now appreciate all she added. I thought she just laid around and ate bon bons all day.

Check her clothing. Sometimes the corners of those tags will keep sticking in your neck and waste area. That will make a body grumpy.
Err..."waist" area. (My bad!)

Bride and grumpy is not mutually exclusive. They are and will be - till death .

It goes with the territory. Hidden secret - as misery loves company.

drinking heavily, slept with some scraggily, old bar gals, got a tatoo, bought a motorcycle along with Hell's Angels' outfits and got into several brass knuckle fights.
Problem was.....at the end of the day, THAT WIFE RETURNED HOME FROM WORK! OHHHHH, HELLLLLLLL. lmao

Sounds like she's in for a treat. 😂
My bride is one of the most delightful people I've ever known. I have no idea how she ended up married to me. I'm not complaining either.
Hope she heals up soon. Groceries...I feel your pain.
