Is anyone else not a big NFL Draft person?
Apr 27, 2021, 1:48 PM

I like seeing where the Clemson guys go of course but I don't get the hoopla around the trades and about who goes exactly where. Some people even making predictions about it as if it really matters if you can predict a draft. WCCP becomes the in depth draft show every afternoon in April.
I can understand if you support a certain team and like to look at who they picked, but the obsession of what players you could pick based on combine times and all that.
How do y'all feel about it?

if coach woulda put me in fourth quarter, we would've been state champions. No doubt. No doubt in my mind. And I would have been up there with them in my rightful place.

I like watching the draft, but I don't care to watch the "experts" speculate who is going where. It is a bigger deal in pro cities and I am sure fun to talk about.

skip all the expert analysis and just watch the picks. This is almost exactly how I watch Tiger basketball also.

You’d think with all the engineers from Clemson that the Drafting would be important to most.

At least this year we can watch the first 5 minutes & be number 1 where Clemson belongs! Turn the channel & watch the highlights of ETN & the rest when it comes up.

I don't care about normally seeing which person get picked first to end their career in Cleveland.
I will catch the highlight later ... and the only worth element of my time is watching someone "sure pick" awkwardly and constantly get passed over then throwing a tantrum. Good times. But again, I am not waiting through advertising for that

I just don't give a rip about the NFL. As CFP takes on more traits of NFL, I probably will care less about it too!

Mel Kiper person get proven wrong in his draft predictions year after year. And yet, they keep bringing Count Chocula back. That is for the reason I just mentioned, enjoyment at him being proven wrong produces good ratings.

Other than seeing where the Clemson players go, the draft is not that important to me. I can go to the ACC channel and watch Lacrosse, or go to one of the other channels where I can find a boring program and then the best button on the control panel, "TURN IT OFF".
