Customer service, or lack thereof. Thats my biggest complaint. They indicate they read all of the requests, etc. But they dont.
I/ my friends and have been parking in the Brooks Center long before it was even a IPTAY lot. My group has mainly been IPTAY level and above during this time. 1/2 of us are now/ have been Howard level for roughly 5 years. So well above the lot requirements. When IPTAY first took over the brooks center lot about 15 years ago we called, and because it helped them (ie not having to give up premium spaces closer to the stadium, they put us all together. We had spaces 18-24. Over the years we had 3 from our group that chose to stop getting tickets. We have tried for 7 years now to close ranks. Every year, explaining what we need. Calling, etc. Nope. Still have 2 random folks inserted into that line of spaces. Different people, every year.

I could drone on. But low customer service, thats the rub. I get that IPTAY needs the Rich folks (8k-25k) type donors. But they also need the 50% of us that are the Riggs, Howard, and IPTAY level folks. I get that we are not going to get better "tickets". But small things like requests for consolidating parking etc. should be easy wins they could help with. Especially when its served up on a plate.

Anyway, that is why I dont advocate for folks to join IPTAY anymore. I feel like you can get what you want by going 2nd or 3rd party.

I truly feel bad for everyone who has gotten the shaft this year related to parking and tickets. It’s seems like the players have finally gained the upper hand over recruiting, receiving pay for play and the ability to move from team to team based mostly due to financial greed.

In the 80’s we parked behind the baseball stadium. We developed a nice tailgating group. So I understand and feel for those whose groups have been separated.

Tailgating, bonding with people you met and developed relationships over the years is a big factor when we refer to Clemson as one big family. It seems like NIL and Revenue Sharing may affect that too. It seems to even having a negative impact on one of the best fundraising programs in college athletics; IPTAY !!!

As I read many post about the changes fans are having to deal with it almost for sure will limit my attendance.

Many of you deserve better after decades of support and dedication so Clemson could give athletes more. But that doesn’t seem to matter anymore. Pay for play has affected I’m a negative way all of college athletics.

Thank you O’Bannon aka the father of NIL for the lawsuit you filed IMO, for pure Greed. This is why I am pushing for the elimination of athletic scholarships for those who can easily pay their own way.

I don’t see anything positive that has come from NIL, Revenue Sharing, other financial perks and the TP. I see the continued decline in college athletic attendance as well as a decrease in those who have spent many a Saturday watching college football. We don’t know yet what will happen to non revenue generating sports.

If fan bases and donations decrease where will revenue come from to meet these athletes demands. Do you think it’s possible that colleges and universities separate Education and Athletics. Then schools end up renting out athletic facilities to what I see now are independent contractors or employees. This move encourage players to unionize.

Where does it stop ???
