All of the National Championships were more special because they were National Championships……….but for straight up shocking endings, after the year we’ve had kicking? I don’t remember another one like it. The LSU game is close, UGA game close……but I’d put this one over both of those. Conference Championship on the line. Absolute greatness.

Absolutely agree. My favorite call of all time is his - he was doing ESPN radio for Watson to Renfrow.

When you have a real TEAM with players that are All-In, guys fight in the trenches for each other like this, every play. All of those hard-earned yards add up. Reminds me of Jordan Leggett on that fateful drive Renfrow capped.

Been to a ton of great Clemson games over the last 50 years, but that one ranks way up there. Knowing we were going to lose eventually, the way we won was not something I foresaw. The last 3 quarters had me assuming the worst.
That was a whole lot of fun!

It was a nice ending to a great day of football. If you had won in a blowout, like it looked early, then you would have knocked SMU out of the CFP. If you had lost, then SMU would have knocked you out. But since you won in a nail biter, it kept both of y'all in and ended up knocking Bama out, which is good for UGA.
As was posted last night, hoping for a rematch with you guys (since that means we would make the Final!). Good luck vs Texas.

been...in the moment completely and called it to perfection. Well done and kudos to Sean....before the kick he casually mentioned that Nolan Hauser was the best kicker in the U.S.A, and I was like darn why don't you put some pressure on the kid while broadcasting the game...and Nolan casually nailed a 56 yard FG for the win. Perfect!!

will always be number one and Jerry Butler's catch to beat Carolina very high, but the magnitude of winning an ACC championship AND a trip to the playoffs puts this as my #2 all time. And I was in the stands for this one - others were on TV, much better!
