Much more concerned about TE & Dabo calling plays

… than I am about DJ leading the Offense and completing passes to our talented receivers. Coach Swinney is A1 when it comes to recruiting, leading, communicating, educating, and growing character. He and Coach E together are very average when it comes to calling plays.
This is not a knee-jerk reaction to UGA’s strong defensive performance or DJ’s off week. Even against ACC competition with TL16, play calling has typically been predictable and lackluster. If best truly is the standard, and we know Coach Swinney is a man of his word, he is already considering fixes on multiple levels.
And I believe Dabo loves play calling for Clemson and having skin in the game, and he is right there with TE planning and mapping out the plays. We will find out through this season if self-assessment is another strong trait in Dabo’s tool box. If it is, we will see Dabo identify another play calling approach. Go Tigers!

I’m still not clear on who calls the plays.

Some people say that it’s all Elliott, while others have said that Dabo calls a lot of the plays.
I’d love to better understand the arrangement.
Regardless, it’s been poor for a while and I agree that it has to improve.

I don't think two people calling plays ever works. There's a plan in your mind as you set up plays, what to run and when to run them. That has to happen in one mind. So you can get suggestions from someone . . but only one person has to be the one that makes the decision and accepts the decision. That's regardless to whether you took the other person's advice or not.

Neither one knows offense plays & STRATEGY! You have to have football strategy & they don’t have it. Dabo is a motivator but I don’t know what the heck TE is!

You need to shut up & sit down if you can’t see all the mistakes these coaches are making. You think Saban would put up with this play calling crap? NO way! And paid millions to do this? It’s their job & fir the last 3 years it’s been pathetic. Dabo needs to realize he needs a top notch OL coach & new offensive play calling. Do you think they prepared DJ fir Georgia! Heck no. He looked a like a deer in headlights!

As I see it you got 2 options........

Submit your resume and apply for the job to insure it is done right. Or make a cash donation large enough that your "concern" will be addressed.
Otherwise, it will be left in the hands of the 2 time national champion staff. Personally, I like our chances with Dabo & Co considering all other options.

I am much more concerned with someone like you that hasn't won a single game or a National Championship strutting his stuff saying he is "much more concerned about TE and Dabo calling plays than I am about DJ leading the Offense and completing passes to our talented receivers", none of which, IMO, had a stellar performance Saturday night, just in case you were not watching. Add to that your so called "not a knee -jerk reaction" ,I suggest you go by the Athletic Dept.and ask to speak to our coaching staff about your knee problem. But hey, I tell you what .I will give you the benefit of the doubt if you can come with an offensive game plan that will satisfy both the CFP Committee's need to see some offense, the media's over reaction to a bad performance by Clemson in not only this game, but the semi-final loss last year to OSU, and to the fans calling for blood if Clemson doesn't score 70 points or more against S.C. State. As to the rest of the season I will follow closely your calling out TE and Dabo, and to see your assessment of each game week to week.
