The hospital I work at was throwing out this old X-ray view box, so I decided to claim it and turn it into a glowing Tiger sign for my garage. It turned out pretty awesome!

based upon the high cost for medical equipment (but having NO clue what an x-ray view box MAY cost... pretty basic device, right?), anyway, you may possibly have one of the most expensive garage lights ever...
.... but don’t get me wrong, I like it and think it’s a great ‘re-purpose’ project! Tip o’ the cap and ???? to you nick!

I appreciate the feedback. Those boxes are essentially obsolete these days, the images are digital instead of duplicated xray film. Anyway, yes I'm pretty sure they were expensive when they first came around and a large antique like this one is still probably worth a nice chunk of change!
