According to LSU boards, the CFP is going to crown them national champs this week. No reason to play the game...

No, they won't do that. They need this game for credibility.
However, they are not beyond having SEC Officials disguised as Pac 12 officials, or allowing only one real Tiger mascot to roam free on the sideline looking for anything orange.

During the regular season, you could be concerned. But now this is the playoff's and since we beat the #2 team, we get to go up to that spot.LSU gets to remain #1 in the two polls that matter most, the CFP poll and the eSECpn Playoff poll.
