I don't see us losing any games on their schedule. We beat Georgia, would have killed Tennessee.
Thoughts?

At least 3, they proved they couldn't beat Georgia, they would get hammered by FSU and Ohio State alike... Georgia Tech would have given them problems as well.

So we beat Clemson straight up, by two scores, for the fifth time in a row but would get "hammered" by OSU who you beat the very next game? Okey Dokey.
And FSU proved it wasn't "all that" against a team with a pulse. A great win no doubt but nowhere near the 40 point average against the ACC. So yeah, I'd think USC would be competitive in that game...don't know about a win though.
Georgia Tech? LMFAO.

I think we would have handled Tennessee, and we already whipped JawJaw. Mizzou would have been a fun game. So ... would we have usurped Bama for the Sugar? Probably not. We'd have just had to embarrass Wisconsin ... and we WOULD have embarrassed Wisconsin.
The Capons, meanwhile would have had fits with BC and certainly tumbled to FSU. They already lost to JawJaw, so give 'em a 9-3 Peach Bowl appearance, where A&M would have been a fun shootout.

well OSU beat wisconson nicely, so wht would you think we wouldn't slam them coot? we beat the mess outta OSU actually & score isn't very indicative of the game (all the official's help).
now to us playing your schedule...? i'd say the only team we'd lose to is...US!!! the same Clemson team that beat ourselves in November already! no way there'd be another 6 turnovers given away again & we'd make up those 2 scores at least.
since our own game wouldn't be counted on the schedule, we'd play Auburn & Chad Morris's offense overtakes Malzahn's running attack & becomes the master, no longer the learner...

Actually, Wisconsin lost to Ohio State by 7 which is a smaller margin than that coot-tiger score. Where do people get their facts around here. Football games are settled on the field. Speculation means nothing.

11-2 with your schedule (losing to y'all and either Bama or Auburn) is entirely reasonable. Please show me where you think we would have stumbled in your season that I missed.

I'm just curious which college football teams you think could beat Clemson. It seems the majority of Clemson fans see their losses as a fluke and Carolina's losses as an indictment. Of course the same could be said if the scenario were reversed.
Yet the fact remains, Carolina's strength of schedule was far ahead of Clemson's. Now to be fair, Auburn's was far ahead of FSU's as well and we know how that turned out. Regardless, and I'd imagine it's perceived a cliché here. the weekly grind of the SEC is a reality.
Clemson has a #### good team, but I think the grind would wear on the Tigers (more injuries, more fatigue, more of a struggle to rise to the occasion).

Clemson is a solid team
Would they have beaten UCF/Mizz or GA in GA?
IONO
Would they have shown up every week? IONO...we didn't against Tenn.
But Clemson is a really good team.

We might have lost to UGA on the road AFTER SCar failed to win or beat them up in the first game of the season at home. Mizzou...weren't they without their starting QB? OSU was ranked in the top two a couple of weeks prior to the bowl game. Clemson beat them. Go figure coot logic.

You play 7 jv teams a year. You don't play anyone physical aside from FSU and if you did play physical teams non stop all season then you wouldn't be so rested and such all year. And that doesn't even help you come game 12 anyway. I mean really how many games did you have to even use starters in the second half? But then when you play 2 or 3 physical teams you go to the wire and win aka Georgia and OSU, or you fold like a cheap tailgating chair with a cow sitting in it. Can you honestly be that delusional?

Wisconsin by 7. I guess that is nicely. They held OSU to less yards as well. With 0 turnover help and even commited one of their own and still gave them a better run than you did USC. Know your facts kiddos

You really want to compare schedules?
USC Beat 3 teams that ENDED the season in the top 10. Clemson beat one team that ENDED the season in the top 25.
So enjoy your Orange bowl win. USC will enjoy the 5th win in a row and Clemson staring up at USC in the polls.

If you were playing this seasons schedule, you would have probably the same number of wins and losses. I think we might have lost one of those games (as they did) during that three game road schedule( Ark/Tenn/Miz) and we would have lost to them in Columbia. However ,if they had to play Bama,or Auburn, maybe even Vandy (which beat UGA)on the road, qnd depending on the situation we might have lost one or more of them. Then again,we might have won them. So ,imo, playing the exact same schedule,I think we would end up at 10-2 regular season.

If you are so much better, why are you unable to beat South Carolina ? If you are so much better, why are you unable to even stay within one score of South Carolina in any of the last five games ?

Switch out the other 11 games, keep the head-to-head matchup at the end:
Should Win: UNC Vandy Kentucky Arkansas Tennessee Miss St Florida Coastal
Could Win/Could Lose: @UGA @UCF @Mizzou
Did lose: USC
So, 1 definite loss, and 3 possible. Just on likelihood, I'd say Clemson goes either 10-2 or 9-3 against USC's schedule in 2013.
