Not many instances of a one loss conference champ getting left out of the playoffs.
It wouldn’t be a 100% guarantee of getting in like being undefeated would be though.

We would be 13-1. No non conference championships would have that record. But I still would feel better if we win out.

Clemson is the only team in the ACC with playoff hopes still alive. Clemson must go undefeated to make that happen.

A couple things… if we lose to ND, I’m not sure we need to be in the playoffs. Would probably get embarrassed in the first round. ND is a one dimensional run first team. If we can’t stop their offense, we won’t stop UGA or Ohio st.
However, I say we could still get in with one loss and a conference championship. Everyone is assuming that the others at the top will continue to play great. That almost never happens. Someone will slip up and lose.

Sadly, I think we do not get in with a loss. The higher ranked teams will have loses to higher ranked teams and that will outweigh us.
