Here's what I would do at the end of this season if I were Dabo. I would FIRE EVERYONE except for Tom Allen and Matt Luke. Yes, that includes firing the two Swinney sons and the rest of the development coaches.
Here's who I would hire to replace the coaches permitted there were a mutual interest.
Offensive Coordinator - Will Stein
QB Coach - Joe Sloan
RB Coach - Frank Wilson
TE Coach - Freddie Kitchens
WR Coach - Brian Hartline
O-Line Coach - RETAIN MATT LUKE
Defensive Coordinator - RETAIN TOM ALLEN
Defensive Line Coach - Jordan Thomas
Linebacker Coach - Brian Jean-Mary
Defensive Backs Coach - Nick Perry
Let each of these coaches select their own player development coaches to provide them with support and let the magic happen. Just my two lousy cents for what it's worth.

Not sure we could get Brian Hartline to just be a WR coach but if we could even if it was the Assistant OC, Recruiting Coordinator, WR sign me up for that.

One thing for sure, with just a minimal amount of money, we'd get the Jimmy and Joe's, and they'd get development.

I would not mind seeing Pitt OC and QB coach Kade Bell back to this area at Clemson. The guy had the #1 offense in the FCS at Western Carolina and Pitt is looking pretty good so far. We haven't had a QB coach who could develop a QB for some time. QB's regress on Dabo's watch!

Except for a few gimmicky plays that didn’t work I think the offense played well. They scored and were not the reason Duke scored almost at will.
Perhaps all position coaches need to be replaced except maybe at OL. But we scored, yet couldn’t stop Duke .
Maybe keep both coordinators and let them led on their hires.

Not one of the coordinators have their own hires. I think that is another can of worms. Also, this is the result of what you get whenever you have a new offensive coordinator who is "FORCED" to run the "CLEMSON OFFENSE" which is a dusty a s s playbook that is more than 11 years old.
