If Clemson were to lose all players to the portal IF

Brad Brownell were to leave, get fired, or just be gone, who would be just fine with that?

I would because it would mean a new coach and energy would be in the program, even if were real bad the next year or two.

It doesn't take long to rebuild with the portal now. Iowa State won only three games last year, and with the new coach and almost all new players went to the sweet sixteen this season.

If Clemson was a basketball school it would not take long to rebuild except better basketball schools in our conference take years to rebuild. Perhaps if we could attract a big name coach or a real slime ball coach and also allow Jucos plus put together a couple mil per year in NIL funds we could right the ship to where it is now in say three years. That assumes the new coach does not jump ship or the NCAA thugs don’t find out how a program with a hundred years of not much to nothing got better in three years.

A sensible person would go with the NIL now and avoid the three years of single digit wins.
