I don't necessarily expect it's a list of specific things he has in mind, but more of an umbrella reference to a number of things, but still, I wonder what types of things he's got in mind here.
So much is said about whether he's hamstringing his assistants, mostly in reference to Riley, but this makes it sound like the opposite, like he regrets some sort of latitude or deference he's given. Maybe. That's speculative, obviously, but I do wonder what kinds of things he means.

Needs a new set of offensive plays. Ours are predictable and limited and has little to no movement. Need a more to date scheme.

Maybe the SMU game sort of gets a pass since it was Vizzina...
But not being able to score points has been a problem with this
offense for a while now....going back to last year...and other years
in big games.
The defense was reasonable against LSU & GT (on their field).
Defense is definitely responsible for the home let downs aginst Cuse, SMU,
and particularly Duke.

As a company owner, I have used similar phrasing and meant “I have allowed some of the people I depend on to carry on with what I know is Bullsh!te for long enough and from now on I will be responding directly to what I see as the issue at hand myself. If someone has problem with what I do, come see me or better yet, get busy and dont worry about what I do.”

That almost sounds like he thinks he has delegated too much and now he wants to take all of that back and make all of the decisions.
