A 4-8 season is already baked in for this year. Can’t get any hotter or colder no matter the results. The coaching and talent won’t change over these last games. “We got who we got” and it ain’t pretty.

2027 WR recruit offered personally by Head Coach--
UNLV, Kennesaw State, Memphis, Georgia State and Florida Atlantic make up Huggins’ other offers.

if we win that would be an over achievement and a great surprise. We have players that should be able to put together a win but we've had that all year and we've been spanked every week.

So I have been in that same camp. 2020 ish I questioned the hires, still do. I saw no development of WR for one. TLaw, IMO, got no better. His sophomore season he regressed, he was just THAT good. Lack of development across the board tbh.
Then this year was set up for him to prove his way works. I wanted it to so bad.
My point is, I guess, that I hope he sees it now as solid proof it’s not working. If he did not have the ability to build elite teams, I’d say get rid of him as well. I still believe in his arrogant, hard-headed self. Heck, it takes that to lead something like a ball club full of 18-22 year olds.
So I’m saying he deserves a chance now that it’s pretty clear to most.
Just my opinion, no one else has to have the same opinion.

The “not a chance” relates to the 70 mil AND track record. The next statement I made should be taken independently from that.

why did he let it get this bad ? he should have adapted and starting actually doing something instead of running his mouth to the media blaming everyone but himself. Clemson deserves better and has been paying him way too much for this travesty. This not about Dabo, it is about Clemson!!

Hope we win this weekend, we’d then need to win one between at Louisville (no), FSU at home (best chance) and at USUK ( probably not). If we lose to Dook, then 2 out of those three (probably not) …

I can't believe we're having a conversation about whether or not we'll beat a mediocre Duke team. Duke, seriously? Mind blowing 🤯
Should be a cakewalk. Illinois beat them 45-19. The same Illinois that got thumped 63-7.
Anyway, to answer your question, we could finish 3-9 and he wouldn't be fired, nor should he.

is for him at 3-5.
However, going from the ACC title/CFP berth last year to missing a bowl this year would be calamitous for the program.

Regardless of how annoying it is hearing about how great it used to be non stop there is some truth to that and I think he deserves a certain amount of time to prove that he can or can't right the ship.
These other coaches that are getting fired didn't accomplish much of anything in those roles

I think this season is somewhat already written off, so the pressure probably isn’t going to get that much more intense right now. Having said that, losing to the coots is where I think it ratchets up another notch. People want to hear and see what his plans are going to be to turn this around, but that won’t come until after this season is over.

The season has already started putting a warmer on his seat. I don't think it gets much warmer until next season if we finish 6-6 or better.
5-7 or worse and it's up a few more degrees but he's not getting fired this year unless he's running an Ozark/Breaking Bad scheme that is brought to the surface.

I doubt anything changes regarding Dabo’s status no matter what happens. I think most people expect 1-3 the rest of the way, and anything better is just a bonus. Dabo’s future is in his own hands for the foreseeable future.
