Regarding us looking soft, I wonder with all the injuries in recent years if practices weren’t as rough as they needed to be. Doubtful, just something for discussion.

You ARE correct. That's exactly what's going on. Concern about injuries used as an excuse to not hit in practice. Go ask Danny Ford(you can find him on his farm in Pendleton) if that's a good idea. I think you know the answer.

NCAA changed the practice rules a few years ago limiting the number of days you could have hard contact and limiting the number of practice days in preseason camps.

The NCAA Rules didn’t seem to affect Duke or other teams a much as our Tigers! Hopefully we improve this week!
