Granted it was the spring game, but as I watched him live there, he seems to have "it". Poised and confident. I could be dead wrong but at least give him a shot. If he plays four games or less and Cade comes back, he can still redshirt.

DW4 for a few games. Even though everyone could see DW4 was better, the only reason he became a freshman starter iwas because Cole Stout became injured.

And the way that game ended up going, that 1 throw could've been the difference in the outcome. If DW4 plays that first series instead of Stoudt, Clemson probably wins.

This is FALSE. TL got some drives to move the ball and wasn't successful against A&M thus him not getting the keys sooner.

Check out the play-by-plays. TL got 3 straight drives in the 2nd QTR and outside the 1st TD pass, they were 3 and outs. Same in the 3rd QTR. TL got a few drives and couldn't produce.
KB honestly helped us beat TA&M. TL definitely looked better after the first game but let's not act like he was setting the world on fire and Dabo just said "Oh no you don't! I DON'T START FR."

He’s never going to play any meaningful snaps here outside of injury.
He’s just another in a long one of late takes bc we’re scrambling and need to fill a spot.
He’s not the answer now nor will he ever be. He shouldn’t even be on the roster bc he isn’t good enough to play Clemson otherwise he wouldn’t have been committed to FAU or whoever it was.
If the depth chart next season is CV 1 and Chris Denson 2…. We are going to be in serious trouble.
Go head… call me coot… how do you know? We haven’t seen him play… good going there Nostradamus… and so on with whatever other lame comeback anyone has.

How do you know? Literally the same argument against your post...not much data on him so how can you assess he's a G5 starter at best? You don't know either tbh.
I agree otherwise he's likely not going to play much this year unless we go on a tear and score a bunch or injuries force him into action. That said, I can see the intrigue with why others wanna see more of him.

You are wrong sir. Watched him play his entire HS career. Know his coaches. Use to Coach
with some guys who coached against him. Was under the radar, team wasn’t a power house but but made the playoffs his Sr year because of him. Has the it factor. Is cool as a cucumber. Not a spaz like Cade. FSU wanted him BADLY.
One FSU recruiter told a buddy of mine who still coaches in Tampa.. “ he reminds us of Charlie Ward.” If he plays Saturday we win. If Vizzina plays we lose

Denson is redshirting and has likely never taken a meaningful snap in practice.
I do not want to see him play, as he would be set up for failure.
