What is gonna happen if we lose today? Will Dabo finally accept that their need to be changes? Could Garret Riley and Matt Luke be fired? And if we Win is Dabo just gonna try and say everything is fine now?

Dabo isn't the type to fire guys or make big changes in the middle of the season.
And you don't get to just stop things because you're bad.
At the MOST:
a) this place will get a lot more spicy
and
b) roster moves trying to find guys who still want to play and prepping for next year as this one will be utterly lost

Luke is in his first year he’s not going.
Rest of the office of staff should be gone at the end of the season, regardless of the outcome.
About half of the defensive staff needs to be gone at the end of the season.
And the hiring decisions need to be made by Allen… and whoever the new offensive coordinator is and Tabo needs to keep his big fat mouth shut who it is

Yes to most of your questions except I don't think Matt Luke is gone, nor do I think he should be. This is his 2nd full season. Takes longer than that to fix an OL. Now Riley, in my opinion, should start packing now.
