Feagin transferring leaves us with with 7 true corners on the roster and only 4 with good experience. Not to mention the fact that lukus and Lewis are always hurt. Our depth might backfire on us a little bit this year

Just my thoughts, but I feel (and this is a big if considering the health of Lukas and Lewis as you stated) if they stay healthy, we are good. I don't think Feagin transfers unless he thinks he can't move up the depth chart. Terrell and Hampton starting with Lewis/Lukas as the third spot. Seems like the light has turned on for Gipson, Oliver, and Strozier (although again with some injury concerns for the latter two, if I recall). For what it's worth, Michael Mankaka is on the roster as a corner (though I hope we don't have to see him anywhere except maybe Furman and Troy), and Tink Kelley can play corner if needed, and possibly the freshman Keenan. He's got more of a corner build at 175 than safety, so if he shows he can run with guys that might be an option. That being said...IF there's a guy in the portal Dabo/Reed think could help us, especially since Lukas' left arm is held together with baling wire and a prayer at this point...maybe? But I don't feel like that position is going to get a hard look in the portal unless someone else leaves.

Feagin didn't transfer because of anything to do with the depth chart.he was actually looking decent

I had heard things about playing time. Do you know what the reason was if not PT? Money? Closer to home? Other?

His behavior was off.he was warned several times then he posted him holding liquor bottle on Instagram and he got indefinitely suspended

Finding someone who'd be happy being the fifth or sixth corner who can play might be difficult. Then, they might run off a younger player with more upside.

I agree. Lewis just had pretty major surgery a few weeks ago, and I’ve heard some murmurs that Lukas is moving to nickel/safety. Corner depth is dangerously thin. An injury to Hampton or Terrell could be catastrophic.
