OUR Defense

Being that our (total) defense is now ranked #1 in the country, I want to get some thoughts on how you all think we will fare against USuC's offense. Our d line vs their offensive line will be an intriguing matchup to watch unfold since both sides have NFL type talent in the trenches. I would like to think that Coach Brooks will be looking to exploit their weakness at center and right guard. That will be the matchup I will be watching closely. Thoughts? GO TIGERS!!

We will handle them nicely. I think we all know that Spurrier can move the chains with the best of them , but you also needs the horses to do it effectively. With Pharaoh either limited or out , and David really just a fat , overrated fullback ..I think they will struggle .
If Spurrier thinks he is gonna drop back and play pocket passer against our defense ...then he really is senile.

I think Vic will 4 sacks easy… That O-line is just as overrated as the ole ball sack.

Grady Jarrett and Josh Watson will be the best defensive tackle tandem the coots have faced all year. Should be a fun one ladies and gents.
