go see the movie "War Room" with your family, especially your spouse. Saw it last night and it is one of the best I've ever seen. Extremely powerful. If I offended anyone because it is a movie on religion and faith, well....I have a right to express my beliefs as well.

If I saw Fireproof as well as Courageous, is this one any better than either of those two? In reading about the plot it just sounds like it is Fireproof but with a female protagonist?
I like the positive messages but these so often feel/look/round like a Hallmark movie of the week. It is a largely rhetorical question. The wife wants to see it on our next date night, so ......

not going to blast you. You have a good point. I know sometimes when you share non-football related topics on TNET, as I often share stories involving my son, people get upset or "blast" me for it. Also some people do not like religion thrown in their face so-to-speak and I probably went about it the wrong way saying it the way I did. But I also have a right to express my views and beliefs and I didn't want anyone kicking me for that. I'm proud to believe in God and teach my son the values that God has taught us in the Bible.
As far as the movie, if my (ex)wife and I had watched it, we still may have been together raising our son as a family and not so individually. The movie is powerful in a lot of ways and it shows that once you think you and your spouse are not in love no more, it is still there. My ex asked me right before we separated what happened to us and I said, "we forgot to love each other".

I have enjoyed all the movies released including Facing the Giants, Courageous, God's not Dead and Fire Proof. I look forward to this one! I am a Christian and I truly wish everyone could know and enjoy the peace and joy I find in Jesus!

Me & my wife seen it. It was really good. The theater was almost full and don't think it was a dry eye in there..I've seen fireproof and courageous also and this one was just as good. Don't let the title fool you, we really liked it
