On a side note, does the title look like click-bait for opposing fans? Would Tigernet need to lead in with a phrase to tell us why that player is good? With a name like “dawgnation” you’d think their audience would be exclusively UGA fans.
Counterpoint: maybe the casual UGA fan needs to be reminded who plays on the team and what they do.

He should be suspended pending the investigation. In warranted, he should be charged. If convicted, he should go to jail. Unless....Houston Texans executives have framed him, as they are apparently prone to do.

If I were a college coach I would tell my players this, at least once a year: "Here is reality. You may not like it. You may not think it is fair. That is irrelevant. This is the world in which you live. If you have sex with any woman who is not your wife assume she is going to accuse you of rape the next day. So, before you have sex with her ask yourself, 'Is it worth the risk? If she accuses me of rape, will it be worth it?' "
Note: I am not making any judgment on the guilt or innonence of the player. I have no idea if it was rape. I am just stating what I would tell my players. They deserve to know the truth. And, the truth is that if they have sex with a woman who is not their wife, then they should be aware of the fact that they could be accused of rape.
