We've been using that flanker screen sooooooo much.
If a DB bites on it, its a pick six, and we better believe that they're be looking for it.

if they start showing tendencies of biting on the hitch, then you come back with a hitch and go and burn them deep.

just takes one to many for them to bite successfully and put up 6 points. Hopefully we can see when to fake and go deep.
I have confidence in our offense, that's just something I've noticed. Obviously Coach Elliot knows more than me about playacting lol.

If the receiver gives cushion hit quick hitch. Throw on a rope so CB can't get there in time.
If receiver is jamming, hitch and go.

That makes sense. I've noticed Leggett's blocking being subpar lately, so the combination of those two things could give up a bad play

and you're right. If you don't block the DE coming hot off the hitch side he's gonna pick and go. But then that opens up the outside run. Always gotta have a plan haha.

I see DW4 seeing this coming and calls the right play. If the WR's in front of them do their jobs no one will be even close to the receiver when he catches the pass. Louisville did catch us snoozing one time and talked our receiver for a loss but never really had a chance to take it the other way. Lets hope they try and DW4 sees it because at that point it's 6 for the good guys. Go TIGERS!!

That is the first key to the QB that the bubble isn't there. You can't throw a screen against press.
We've done it a bunch because of the cushion that others have given. If we burn them deep a time or 2 they will get out of the press and it will open up screens, otherwise you won't see any.
