Please don't let facts get in the way of another Ron Cherry bashing. Ron Cherry and his crew is the best in the ACC and has been for the past several years. But...... for whatever reason (I have my opinion what this is) you have a few people that are vocal regarding there disdain for Ron Cherry and everybody else jumps on the bandwagon because they think that is the Clemson thing to do. Ignorance is bliss.

You must done bumped yo head. Cherry is not the worst ref, but he has made some calls on Clemson that made me wonder.

every game that I've seen his crew do in the last couple years has been well called, IMO. Could be the best crew in the ACC but that really isn't saying much considering how crappy the rest are.
Now, a few years back they were horrid. There's a reason we all know his name. How many other referees names do you know?

Haha. Some of these replies really made me laugh out loud. But in all seriousness. When it was time for the ACC to send a crew to a BCS Bowl game or CFP game over the past few years, it was Ron Cherry and his crew. I can't tell you any other referee's name in College Football but I know Ron Cherry and its not because he makes bad calls.
And no I'm not related to Ron. It was the same thing over the past few years with people calling for Batson to be fired because he was supposedly inept as a Strength coach but those people have vanished over the past two years and Batson is still the Strength Coach. My response then was lets look at the facts instead of your prejudgements and assumptions. Same thing here. If you look at the facts, Ron Cherry is who we should want in the ACC Title game.

Clemson". You will become educated, which apparently you are not now. I will agree he hasn't done it as much lately, mainly because we haven't gotten his crew as much lately, for them to give us "the business".

Yeeahhh because I am sure no other referee has made a bad call against Clemson, right? The difference is you know Ron Cherry's name and his face but you couldn't recognize another ACC Football ref if he was standing in front of you. But because some other misguided person made a YouTube video of Ron Cherry supposedly screwing Clemson, it must be 100% accurate because they wouldn't post it otherwise right? If I could record and create a YouTube compilation of all your bad job performances or mistakes and use the mistakes ONLY to judge your skills and character; what would I think of you?
