possession at NC, that Vizzina will QB for the rest of the year. I’m tired of seeing such QB play and terrible decisions of Cade.

I don't think Vizzina will suddenly make this offense look good. Unless he's a Tom Brady level QB we won't see the offense we had hoped for.

Vizzina is a PC, Furman type of QB. He is NOT a big game QB. I have no clue what has happened to Cade. If yall want a next level QB, you're gonna have to wait till next year.

I honestly don’t care how CK is playing. Since this season is largely over from a national relevancy perspective, I think our backups should get opportunities to play.

Cade can’t play well enough to convince me he’s even a mediocre qb. We’ve hit our 2nd straight bust and need to cut our losses. Too much data showing that he stinks whereas the good games are few and far between. It’s not a fluke. He’s not good.

Maybe, just maybe Cade isnt working with much and CV would have the same struggles. Cade has played awful, but the regression doesn't make too much sense unless the team around him has. O line, scheme and play calling have been just as bad as Cade. As well as drops that would have at least won us the GT game.

Cade. Who's responsible for dropping a game sealing touchdown? Who's responsible for letting a 60 yard drive and fire drill field goal happen in less than 2 minutes?

Clamoring for Vizzina is ridiculous. Nothing against the kid, but have these people begging for him to take Cade's place actually watched him play? Cade's the best option we got, and it isn't close.

I have no doubt that is true. However, as this season is now playing for pride and next year, I think it would be abdicating responsibility as coach to not get your notional starters for next season some competitive reps. I don’t know how many, but a couple of series a game seems a good start.

Pretty #### sad then since Vizzina is in his third year. Was someone planning to bring him along or are we just giving him a ride because he’s a nice kid? WTH?

Dabo isn’t sitting a superstar QB on the bench while Cade struggles.
They don’t need a superstar, a QB who’s capable to read more than the primary route and decide correctly on the zone read 70% of the time would do wonders for the offense.

Almost everyone is saying Vizzina is no good. He has almost 0 snaps with the 1st team offense against a 1st team defense. Until he he does, it's all guessing. I say give him a fair shot, he might surprise you. Might not but until he gets that shot.....

It almost makes you think we have players under contract with incentive clauses. Why else leave a wounded Mafah in all year last year and not give Vizzina a series in the 2nd and 3rd quarters this year? Dabo wants you to think all games are one or two plays away from wins so he can ride the starters all the way.

I will bet whatever amount you want that Vizzina isn’t coming in barring injury.
Yall don’t get it… Vizzina isn’t any good. He’s worse than Cade. That’s not speculation. It’s a fact and the staff knows it to.
If Dabo thought for even one second Vizzina could create any type of spark… we would have seen him by now.
Cade is the guy barring injury. No matter how bad he is unless we’re down like 30 in the 4th quarter.
Dabo has told everyone what Vizzina is without saying a single word. Read between the lines

You are without a doubt right - at least as far as the staff believing CK > CV, but I think that is immaterial. Dabo has to start figuring out what the pecking order for next year is. There is no better way than putting the backups in with the game still in the balance. I would be shocked if he benched CK at this point, but he has a responsibility to the program to prepare it for next year and I expect CV will see some snaps in undecided games this year, with or without injury.

Not there yet. And skeptical we have Vizzina ready in year three. But we do need to put some guys in the game at some point. Lest we go into Baton Rouge next year with a green QB.

No BS… I’m not saying Pearman is some kind of answer or cure but I’d be willing to bet he could at least move the offense and if nothing else… he’ll take off and run which would be a huge benefit right now.
But that’s exactly why we will never see Pearman in anything that matters bc Dabo knows if he were to have any success at all or actually win a game for us it would make him and the staff look incredibly stupid and we all know Dabo ain’t about to let that happen to himself.
Im willing to bet Pearman is better than Vizzina. Vizzina is not nor will he ever be the answer at QB at Clemson.
