Not following this rationale? This era are you meaning you pay for the talent instead of recruiting great talent?

I would say it’s helped more with bad coaches being able to purchase better players?

Virginia did not have a bad coach. Saban was not a bad coach. Guys did not like the current direction of college sports and decided to move on. The art of recruiting the best talent was probably the hardest part of the job. Now you give your wishlist to someone to see what kind of deal can be negotiated.
