Today we've got 20-30 mph wind blowing across the yard, I spend a few minutes with the leaf blower to get leaves out of corners and into the path of the wind, and they're gone.

he doesn't care, they keep going right across his yard and into a field. Of course, I get a lot coming from the neighbor on the other side.

no trees in the front yard, neighbor has four of those hideous pear trees.
There has been a lot leading up to this situation, HOA already involved on the other issues.
Older couple in the treeless house, blows the leaves back to the house owned by the pear tree house. Cameras show the infraction or whatever. Words were harsh. Pear tree guy says 'I will stand my ground' if you set foot in my yard.
I missed all of this of course.
