So, now the problem is coaching. Are they going to start coaching differently? Don't these guys already know how to coach? Have the coaches been holding something back? Is the coaching problem in practice or during games?

I can't pretend to know what the problem is myself, especially on defense. Supposedly we have all these great players but they can't seem to stop the run, stop the pass, or get off the field on 3rd down.

The offence...I'm not expert there, either, but watching these film review youtubes shows pretty clearly that receivers are consistently open. The blocking schemes often seem bad for the running game, but Randell has done a decent job, I think. I got to think the most of the offensive problems center on quarterback play. I'm not sure how you fix that, unless it just means play with more tempo.

The problem is rampant nepotism in the coaching staff. My question is, as a public employee of the state, isn’t Dabo prohibited from the hiring of at least his own kids? Will Swinney as the Asst TE coach has to be the most glaring example, not that Drew in the WR room is much better

Don't fret, I have the answers....I will be meeting with Dabo and all
of his coaches tomorrow morning and I will show them the blue print
on how to turn the season positive.I can't divulge it on here but
when you see it turn,you will know.
