The reason Bama's sack total increased this year just couldn't have anything to do with an overall drop off in an talent in the SEC and a league with some of the worst QB's in college football. No it just has to be through superior SEC talent. Keep believing your own hype and ESPN's. You are about to get manhandled by a true freshman tackle.

The "sniper" is about to be stripped of his ability to shoot. Painfully.

I didn't consider that trash talk. He didn't say anything derogatory about Clemson, just showed confidence in his own team.

"Manhandled by a true freshman"?? You don't get to be the #1 defense in the country by being manhandled so I am willing to bet a true freshman tackle won't be doing it either.
This being said this was an article on one Bama player who is used as a specialist on pass rushing situations. Nothing derogatory was said about Watson.
Here's to a good game.
Roll Tide.

Pretty classy post, mostly true, but I'll point out the irony/hypocrisy many Bama fans have shown. Many Bama fans say a true freshmen won't make an impact (in this case Hyatt) but believe their wr Ridley will abuse a very good Clemson Secondary. Half of Bamas passing game is Ridley, when he's a nonfactor there will be 8-9 eyes on Henry.brace yourself for a dog fight Bama fans, this isn't the same tigers from 2008, these guys have the intangibles.

Hyatt is no longer "a true freshman". He has 14 games under his belt as a starter. Our offensive success does not depend on him stopping one player. Scott/Elliott will have scheme around a very good bama defense. Each man has his job, and execution will win this game. They can pass rush all day long but the right play calling will limit that rush. Rolling the pocket, dump offs to Leggett and Gallman. Connor Cook was slow and a pocket passer. Watson is not slow nor a pocket passer. Let them talk. They all do and they all go home with their tails between their legs.

Think about it. Freshmen used to play 10, maybe 11 games. Hell, is 1/4 way into his sophomore year based on 1981 season duration!
Go Tigers!!

Deshaun and Mitch will gladly welcome his over pursuit upfield...

For big gains on the ground right through his gap.
Mitch will use this kid's momentum against him all night long.
His "type of game" is the pass rush vs statue QB's. Don't get it twisted. He'll be neutralized to playing gap sound football even on pass plays in fear of Deshaun tucking and taking off for more huge gains he'd be respinsible for, by the 2nd half.
Let's not forget about the nkemdiche experience.
