when I get to work today. I do not think anyone will mind, I overheard the owners discussing that they wanted to make me someone else's problem, so they should put in a good word for me.
This will put me dead center between Columbus and Ann Arbor, and close enough to Wisconsin and Minnesota to make road trips more manageable. I have been up all night looking at home prices and I can get a 3-story Victorian in Downtown Toledo for about $10,000. If I can sell my trailer then I should easily put 20% down and still have money left over for gas and smokes to get to my new home.
Wish me luck, but I doubt I will need any.

Great news! We’ll be neighbors! I’ll introduce you to Sandusky Bay catfish. Nobody up here eats them because they taste like the mud on the bottom of the bay, but they are perfectly edible and easy to catch.

You should consider this one. It has 2 units so you can rent one out. I’ll bet the renters you would have in this neighborhood would be wonderful folks that will keep an eye on things for you if you decide to come to Clemson for long home game weekends.
