Turnover margin. When was the last time Clemson was + in the turnover margin during the season? Games are being played cleanly.

It might not be a big discussion here….but agree it is maybe the single most important stat of the season.
The basics!!!! Secure the football, it is priceless so don’t give it away or let it escape your grip.
Fundamentals are being coached. Holding is rarely called on OL. CK has time to read defense and take off on a run if needed. Receivers securing catch and taking contact. RB’s are tightly holding the ball and not letting go. Mafah has been a beast, having a great year. OL has been tremendous on pass/run blocking.

Spot on. And it wasn’t just turnovers but they were always so dire. 1, 5, goal line or 65 yards heading the wrong way. By far biggest improvement.

away. At least he has learned to just fall on a fumble instead of trying to pick it up and run like some do. That hardly EVER ends well.

Clemson was plus in turnover margin last season, in fact we've only been negative once in the last 8 seasons.

That’s literally the first thing they talk about on the radio broadcast right before kickoff. Clemson wins the turnover margin, they usually win the game since 2020
