Clemson is 13-0. We've been ranked number 1 in the country for at least 7, maybe 8 weeks. We are in the college football playoff.
At this point a goober who wants to be in the Big 12 and play games in Ames, Waco, Fort Worth and so forth is too stupid for conversation. Can you say ship for brains?

We would be middle of the pack in the Big 12 most years. I thought we might be good enough to win it this year, but it's becoming apparent that our competition has been even more sub-par than I thought.
Not sure we'd make it too far in that league with our depth. Probably start strong and then peter out as injuries mounted. The fact is we've played two teams with a pulse...FSU and ND.

I'm just trying to keep a realistic outlook. I still think we have a good chance of winning tomorrow, but honestly, if we play OU 10 times, y'all probably win 7 of them.
I've watched enough OU footage the last two years to know that they were a broken team by the time they got to us. I didn't expect 40-6, but I thought CU would win comfortably. It's a VERY different OU team this year.

Not slamming at all. Easily the best CU team since the NC team when I was too young to know what was going on.
If we can get past the Sooners, I think we win the NC. I believe we match up very well with Bama or MSU.

I'll be screaming so hard for our boys tomorrow that my voice will be gone by halftime. The above is just me trying to be unbiased, and I think OU looked incredible in the last half of this season.
As a fan, I think we win 10 out of 10.

That's right...any time somebody might possibly think Oklahoma (or any opponent) could win, they're a coot. Only blind homerism flies around here.
To clarify, in our recent past, yes, I believe we'd have been middle of the pack in the Big 12. We're to the point now that I believe we could compete for that league's championship, hopefully most years. But make no mistake, there would be a lot more tough competition over there.
Let's be realistic...the ACC was FSU's conference until this year. We've got a good thing going now, and I feel confident that it could last a while.

Been reading a lot longer. Finally joined to be able to change the layout. That guest layout is ridiculous.
Not sure why I chimed in...knew it would go this way if I didn't just go along with all the RAH RAH CLEMSON...BEST TEAM IN HISTORY nonsense.
Why can't we just be happy that we're #### good this year and enjoy the ride? You can still enjoy it while maintaining some sense of reality.
It's true...I'm not entirely sure we'll win tomorrow. I've actually taken the time to get to know our opponent, and there's no denying they're gonna be the biggest challenge we've seen. I hope I've underestimated us and overestimated Oklahoma.
