If that's your simplistic view, says about all we need to know. It would make no sense ir difference to fire in season, except to ensure recruiting collapse for 2026 class. If you know anything about Dabo or have basic common sense, you would know he is evaluating who and where changes need to be made that will be made after the season just as all prior changes have been handled. C'mon, you can do better than this, can't you?

Coaching staffs have been able to turn things around. This situation is a bit more complicated. I think (as many do) that Dabo has to use the portal more to get ready made players. The old, slower way of developing only high school recruits just doesn't cut it anymore. The big schools are acquiring developed players from other programs and thriving. I'm not crazy about all of this, but Dabo has to be "all in" when it comes to getting talent. If not, the Tigers will be all out.

I think most of the staff needs to go but doing so now would be useless and only hurt recruitment. We aren’t going to pull top talent off existing teams mid season, have to wait for at least the regular seaon to end before that.

To be fair I’d argue an empty chair could develop our players about as well as Dabo’s nepo babies, but we still need people to go out and recruit
