How do you let your pitcher give up 5 runs in a must win game? Dumb. You use every pitcher you have.

Baseball can be so weird sometimes. NC State and UGA flip flopping non-competitive games, FSU beating UCONN by 20 runs in the first game and then going to extras the next. You just never know from game to game. Hopefully it’s our turn today.

My son is a Clemson grad and he and I just had a conversation similar to your post. Georgia got completely embarrassed yesterday. They haven't won anything today but at least they are competing. From what I saw, Clemson really had one bad inning yesterday where it got away from them. I hardly understand all angst you read here about Clemson's chances in this series.

Actually It’s much better to get smoked 18-1 in game 1 of a 3 game series than to lose in a close one.
When it’s out of reach you save the high leverage arms for games 2&3.
When you’re in the game late you burn those arms.
All teams have a limited number of innings the better arms can throw.
