No excuse for them to be moving the ball at will though. Watt and Mercillus backups are NFL players too or at least they're suppose to be.

You serious? They're clearly not the same caliber. Using that logic, the Browns should be just as good as New England because they both consist of NFL players. The Texans don't have all the best defensive players stacked at the two deep across the board. KC's offense players are NFL calibers too and some of the best in the league. Do you know where Tyreek Hill and Kureem Hunt Rank in the league? Not to mention the level that Alex Smith is playing at. There's a reason KC is undefeated. Saying Watt's backup should be just as good as Watt is a disservice to Watt.

No I'm not saying there shouldn't be a drop off but Houston has forced KC to punt once in 3+ quarters. That's just unacceptable on any level.
