Regional host sites announced

And for the first time in..well longer than I can remember...there are no host sites in SC, NC, Va or Ga. The host sites are Florida St., Missouri St., Louisville, Vanderbilt, Oklahoma St. TCU, Cal State Fullerton, Florida, Houston, CU Santa Barbara, UC, UCLA, LSU, Illinois, Texas A&M, Miami, Dallas Baptist.
Sounds like a Western USA kind of field to me. I guess if Clemson makes it in could go to LSU or Florida or Vandy. Not sure if they would match them up with FSU. Gonna be interesting tomorrow
Also, we heard up at the ACC tourney that CofC bid only their stadium (2000 seats) and didn't bid Riley Park (6000 seats) and that might have hurt them.

I think we could as more of a reputation of the program over the years thing not so much on what we have done this year

Regardless of what some fans may say Clemson has played better ball down the stretch. They won 4 of the last 6 and those 4 were against top 10 teams. Now the UNC loss sure didn't help but that didn't hurt as much as the sweep of FSU and the win against Louisville helped. I think we are in and if Crown and Erwin pitch the way they have Clemson has proved it can beat anyone but on the flip side once they get to the 3rd starter or the bullpen they have proved they can lose to anyone. Clemson can ruin some dreams if they can get to a Super but that's a big IF.....

I am having a huge party tomorrow when the field is announced. Everyone is invited. I live in columbia, so there won't be a lot of people there. But, it should be a good time
