Grilling lemon-peppered salmon with steamed broccoli and Rice Pilaf tonight. Going to wash it down with unsweetened tea! Appetizer is grilled chicken livers wrapped in bacon!

My busted Achilles is improving - slowly walked 3 miles today with less pain.
I have decided to go on a diet to trim down from 200 to 135.
Tonight it is high quality mix of protein and carbs washed down with Blue Ribbon Beer.

Grilling ahi tuna plus creamed the last picking of local corn. Add butter peas and brown rice because that is what my bride likes to eat. IMO a feast!

I’ve heard about the grit counter but haven’t been there. I like the grits bar at Nose Dive in Greenville too. Glad you enjoyed Fam’s. The one on James Island is my favorite place to go when I’m visiting family on Johns Island.
