If he had the roster of the top 5 teams now currently rated, they would NOT be even close to the top 30-40 in the rankings. Thats how bad a game and game/player manager is is. Dats a fact..

Let's see. If he had the roster of the top 5 teams (I guess he could only have one roster so let's say # 5 team, maybe Tennessee this week) he could not be in the top thirty to forty (let's say 30 to be precise), but I think there would likely be a consensus that he does not have a top five roster team now, yet his current team is 19-5, and is currently well within the top 30 and in the top 25 this week. Is your suggestion that if he had better players he would have a worse team with a worse record than he has now? Not sure that computes
