Help! Wife doesn't want to go to the Fiesta Bowl.

We'll both be in Phoenix visiting our son. Our last bowl game we attended was the Music City Bowl against Kentucky. Chad Dean was our field goal kicker and couldn't hit the water if he was standing on the beach. We lost miserably. The Kentucky fans were the worst I've ever experienced. My wife said, "No more bowls!" We've been to a lot of other games since then, home and away, but not a bowl game or a playoff. On top of that, she now thinks we'll jinx the Tigers if we go, since they've racked up their amazing success without our presence. What do I say?

Be your own person, if a spouse don't want to go, that should never mean that it would be a problem if the other went, and if there is, that is called control after they made their choice, and homey don't play that game!!!

The wife and I went to the playoff game in Phoenix when we played Alabama for the Championship. My wife did not want to go but she did. We both enjoyed the experience. Great game and great fans. No problems.

I pray she will change her mind. It could be a 2nd or 3rd Honeymoon! Best of luck. There is some much to do in Phoenix. She will love it out there. Best trip I have made in a long time. Go to Old Scottsdale if she like to shop. They have an awesome mall and great food.
