We just drove 5 hours to our hotel in Greenville and there is no power anywhere, traffic lights aren't working, fender benders galore.
Gas stations are out of gas. We're just gonna write this one off and head back home. No idea what it's like closer to Clemson but this was all we needed to see.

I am sorry that you are contemplating going back home and not staying for the game. Hotels usually help find other accommodations or call hotels that have power. Have you inquired?

What makes me suspicious of folks like him is that they register just to complain and make negative comments. We tend to have a lot of people like that on the board. I’m not speaking specifically about the OP because I don’t know his mind, but in general these types of people give me pause. Doesn’t sound like a real Tiger fan would be like that.

What’s funny is my hotel in Greenville called me and canceled yesterday. As did my friends. Seems like your story is make believe. They gave me plenty of time to find a new hotel and rebook.

Trust me, we aren't happy with the hotel. Comfort Inn on Pelham. They actually texted us this morning with the "check on early for only $30" stuff.
