I'm seeing post concerning Deon Cain being allowed to play

From what I've seen, we don't need him to win. He needs to feel the full effect of the consequences of his poor choices. I'm no attacking the kid, not hating or trying to humiliate him but he should have to pay the gull price for what he chose to do. We will be fine without him.

Not a chance that he will play. He will be lucky if allowed to play in the opener.

The talks aren't worth the breath people are using saying it. He's not playing until the 2016 season.

That's what I believe. I get the feeling this kid has a few lessons he needs to learn. When you are an all world 5* recruit, the world treats you a little differently. Coaches and teams can't afford to treat any one player by a different set of rules. At this point, he needs Clemson and Dabo more than we need him, he just needs to be reminded of that fact, periodically.

Did we ever find out if it was Clemson or NCAA test ?

If it was a Clemson test, Dabo has the right to make the suspension as short or as long as he sees fit. If it was an NCAA test, it's minimum 6 months ,I think ?

I thought Dabo said all suspended players were done for the playoff.

Cain better get his sh!t together if he wants to play next year. That's what he should be focused on.

The kid's starting to act like Bellamy. He needs to grow up

He could be a GREAT receiver for Clemson. Hopefully he gets his stuff together. Hopefully he learns you can come back from this and be a great person and ambassador for the University and continue on to the NFL.

reasons. Cain was benched for Miami, not suspended. Huge difference. He got suspended for smoking weed. No big deal at all. He paid his price and will have to work his way out of the doghouse.
He got caught and will pay the consequences. Just like Sammy.
