Road trips are a piece of Americana that I love. Love the road trips. You can free hand the paw, but do better than I did. Stay safe and have fun.

Driving all night tonight to OKC, then ABQ the next. Staying a week in Sedona, another week in Vegas, then a week in Anaheim hitting Disney and Universal with the kids. Wife and girls will be flying back then and me and the son are going to amtrak it back. Covid has backed this trip up for 2 years and has was under $3 when it was planned. Decided to do what I never wanted to do and take out a 401k loan to help cover the gas. It was surprisingly easy and cheap to do that. 4% interest paid back to myself?? Sign me up! That would’ve been a scary option for me to have that in my early 20’s. 401k loans for hookers and blow would’ve been a normal thing for me back then.
